*Services will only include company formation/bank account opening.
The above mentioned is the minimum pay out that would be provided. There would be bonuses paid out depending on Jurisdictions/Additional Services as well.
Terms and Conditions
- 1. To become a member of the BSW Referral Program, 5 Qualified Services must be completed within a quarter.
- 2. The eligibility for pay-out is based on completion of the incorporation or service.
- 3. If the said client requests for a refund, then the said company would not be considered as a completed service and service would not be taken into consideration while considering the total services.
- 4. Company Formation and Corporate Bank Account Opening Service for the same company within the same package would be considered as one service.
- 5. Company Formation and Personal Bank Account Opening would be deemed to be two different services.
- 6. Auxiliary Services such as Renewals, Certification, Obtaining of Certificates would not be taken into consideration for the referral service. However exclusive discounts would be provided for the said services and priority would be given to the member of the referral program.
- 7. If 4 companies were incorporated during one quarter and 6 companies were incorporated during the next quarter. The referee would be paid for 10 companies and not 6. This method would be applicable throughout one calendar year only. If 4 companies are incorporated within 1 year and 6 during the next year. The referee would be paid for 6 companies only.
